Approaches to Objective 1
Selection of composite materials, development of rubber compound
& its component:
  Approaches of Objective 2
Selection of site and framing of
rubber composite material:
Approaches of Objective 3
To develope and evaporate prototype
rubber dams

Selection of site and framing of  rubber composite material:
The selection of site will be made in consultation with WTCER. The selection of site is very important for framing the composite material, because, it gives the water pressure, type of water, seasons and many more details which are the guiding factors for rubber specification.

The selection of inflaction & deflation and position of deflector (fin) are to be decided before going for actual development work.

Computer (CAD) modelling of rubber dam:
Suitable model will be designed with specified design parameters and finite element analysis to evaluate the stress contour on various operational positions.
