He has completed his M.Sc. in
Analytical Chemistry from Aligarh
Muslim University, Aligarh in
1986 and acquired Postgraduate
Diploma in Industrial and Analytical
Chemistry Conducted by Ruia College,
Matunga. He has Co-authored three
Technical papers reported by IRMRA.
He has executed several product
development assignments at IRMRA,
which are sponsored by Indian
Navy, BARC, and Defence sectors
such as various Indian Ordinance
Factories, Hindustan Aeronautics
Limited - Lucknow, Heavy Vehicles
Factory-Avadi. Heavy Water Plant
- Thal, Baroda and other private
sectors. Also received appreciation
letter from Indian Navy for the
indigenisation of a critical rubber
component as a substitute to the
imported sample used on Indian
Ships. Instruments like REP Injection
Moulding Machine, Hot and Cold
Feed Extruder, Semiautomatic Hydraulic
Moulding Machine, Banbury Mixer
have further updated the processes
taking place in Processing Section.
Testing as per customs specification
and navy/ defence specified are
carried out by the Processing
section. Looking towards foreseen
possible projects which could
be undertaken in future for defence
sectors a set up for the development
and making of all types of Hoses/
Rubber Pipes/ Rubber Sheeting
is in the active consideration.
